Chapter Eleven — The Hybrid Thesis

Between the surviving threads lies fracture-space.

And something is waiting there.

The Doctor and Ava enter a realm where the ground itself refuses to remain certain and encounter a figure who sees the Unified Doctor not as a miracle, but as a dangerous contradiction.

Unified. Singular. Consistent. Dangerous.

The encounter exposes another consequence of the Convergence: the Doctor’s existence may now interact with damaged reality in ways even he cannot predict.

When survival demands a price, the Doctor reaches for a power he cannot endlessly replace.

Ava begins to understand that travelling with him carries a cost he does not always admit.

And somewhere beyond the fracture, another intelligence is watching.
